Please contact your health insurance carrier for copays, deductible, costs, fees, allowed number of visits, etc., associated with your Behavioral Health coverage.
I do not verify insurance information or directly contact insurance carriers. It is the responsibility of the client.

I also offer Private/Self Pay and Out of Network services.

Payment is due at the time of service and is charged electronically utilizing Ivy Pay, a HIPPA complaint service.
A "no-show" fee will be charged for any sessions cancelled/missed without at least 24 hours notice.
Super Bills will be provided monthly, and as requested to clients, which clients can submit to their insurance carriers for reimbursement through Out of Network benefits if they so choose.
